MEET THE TEAM
Phil
Phil is the owner at Merxworx, having nearly 30 years of experience working on vehicles.
He started in a back street garage, learning many old fashioned skills, that he still trains staff on today. Moving on to main dealers, Vauxhall, Skoda then to Mercedes before leaving to start a partnership to open a garage.
After seven years trading, Phil decided to leave and set up Merxworx in 2014. A decision that has seen Merxworx go from strength to strength year on year.
Tracy
Tracy is married to Phil and has worked in different managerial retail roles, then the public sector. Tracy left to join Merxworx in 2016 as the company was expanding and needed a full time office manager.
Mark
Mark joined Merxworx in 2018 having come from a dealership background. With nearly 10 years in the trade, Mark has previously worked for Volkswagen and Ford.
Ollie
Ollie joined Merxworx as an apprentice in 2016. Having fully qualified to level 3 in 2019.
